Connect your own broker or prop-firm account
AI Futures uses your own authenticated account for the personal feed. Your broker or prop firm decides which accounts, exchanges and market-data permissions you have. We do not sell you a raw market-data feed and a paid plan does not include broker order routing.

TopstepX / ProjectX: step by step
Enable official API access
In TopstepX, open Settings → API, link your ProjectX profile, complete the ProjectX API Access subscription, then return to TopstepX and generate an API key. Official instructions ↗
Confirm market-data permissions
Sign the required CME market-data agreement in your provider account and keep the appropriate subscription active. AI Futures cannot add exchange rights to your account. Market-data guide ↗
Sign in from AI Futures
Open Account → Broker connect → ProjectX / TopstepX → Connect. Enter your TopstepX username and the API key, then choose Sign in to TopstepX.
Choose the account
AI Futures lists the accounts proven by that login. Select a tradable account and choose Connect. View-only accounts cannot drive the personal feed.
Wait for Verified
The status changes automatically. If it shows Error, revoke or regenerate the provider key, confirm the API subscription, and connect again. Never send a key through email or chat.
What AI Futures stores
- The username, API key and chosen account ID are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and are never returned by the connection API.
- Disconnect removes the saved connection. If a key may have leaked, also revoke it at the broker or prop firm.
- The customer connection supplies personal market context only. Subscriber-facing broker execution remains disabled.
